DESCRIPTION

The project focuses on the procedural animation of a spider-robot. The aim was to create a procedural animation system which produces fluent animations. The system fully adaptable to the environment with different leg-states. Furthermore, it should be fully customizable for the game developer and usable in different projects. The animation system should be separated to the Unity-Engines animation system “Mecanim” so that developers will be able to avoid the Unity-Animator-Hell. This project was created as part of my Bachelor Project and is a accumulation of what I learned from my two years at the SAE Institute.
